The Trabuco Hills High School Pep Squad Picture Day is on Sunday, October 23rd. This is a very long, detailed email so please read the entire email carefully so you do not miss important information.
Below is the Picture Day Schedule. Attached to this email is the Order Form, Flyer and Venmo information. We need everyone’s participation so the team shots are correct. Since we are shooting down at the beach, we are also asking that you turn in your order form and payment at our booster meeting on October 11.

Details: The Trabuco Hills High School Pep Squad is partnering with Jon Ogden Photography for Picture Day on Sunday, October 23rd. Please mark your calendars and save the date. Above is the Picture Day Schedule and attached are the order form, the Venmo information and samples are available at www.jonogdenphotography.com.
Please print out the Order Form, attach a check (payable to Jon Ogden Photography) and send with your Cheerleader/Songleader by OCTOBER 14th.We also accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay and Zelle.
Picture Day Instructions:
Be sure and arrive on time and camera ready. We need an individual portrait of each Pep Squad member and we need the team photos to be accurate.
There will be no make-up date for this shoot. Note: Parking is very limited at this site. Allow some extra time to park and walk down to the beach.
Attire: Freshman / JV: White formal uniform with cheer shoes. Wear your hair down and light competition make-up with lip gloss or lipstick. Please bring/wear hair spray in case there is some wind. Be sure to bring/wear your cheer shoes. Varsity: will be deciding which uniform they want to wear together as a team.
We are requesting team moms, if available to please chaperone. Coaches will arrive for their Squad pics and Pep Squad pic, but will not be staying for individual photos of the girls. No Parents inside the immediate photo area. No outside cameras, no stunting or tumbling will be allowed in the photo area on Picture day.
Please be sure and fill out your Portrait Order Form in advance and attach your check or exact cash in an envelope and send with your Cheerleader and turn in to your Coach. We also encourage using Venmo or Zelle (but still need your order form). We will only be photographing Cheerleaders/Dancers who have a filled out order form and payment on Picture Day. Because we are shooting at the beach and time is so limited, we will NOT have a table and extra order forms on Picture Day to assist.
The portrait orders will be prepared and delivered to the School in about 4-5 weeks.
